Host Companies

Once you have found a candidate that could be a match with your organisation and needs. Founders Academy will connect you via email for an interview.

Post interview you will decide if there is a good fit or requirement for an additional conversation. (Could be with the team lead, HR or an assignment).

Once you have discussed with the relevant people and there is a match we will move to the contracting and logistics phase. All that is required is a simple employment contract as you would sign with any other employee / intern.

Once the contract is drafted and reviewed by both parties it will be signed via docusign and transferred to Founders academy. From that moment on the participants can start working remotely on the chosen date.

Once the contract is signed the visa procedure will start supported by Founders academy and the IDDA team. All the documents will be submitted and the process should take 4 to 8 weeks in order to relocate to the host country.
